MySuru: Former Minister and JD MLA S R Mahesh on Monday questioning the Survey and Land Records Commissioner Mounish Moudgil to order the probe to the alleged allegations of land seizure.
He said the IAS officer had handened hands with former Mysuru DC Rohini Sindhuri to target him.
According to MLA, the Duo was trying to squeeze it into submission and to ensure his silence about corrupt practices.

The day after St Somashekar’s district minister questioned Moudbil about who gave him the authority to order the investigation, Mahesh criticized Moudgil and confirmed that he had played into Sindhuri’s hand by ordering an investigation at the convention of convention in Mysuru, which was owned by the Legislator family.
Referring to the probe carried out by the regional Commissioner MySuru (RC) G C Prakash in June into the same problem, he said the RC probe had cleaned it from the accusation.
Mahesh said he would welcome Moudgil with a bouquet of flowers if he came to the site and conducted his own survey.

He also took former Minister and BJP MLC A H Vishwanath for retaining the probe.

This happened on the day when Vishwanath said the Somashekar district minister misinterpreted Moudgil to order a probe.

Meanwhile, Moudgil clarified that a survey ordered for Mysuru was not resurvey.
He also showed that it was ordered before Mahesh’s meeting met alleged fraud in the purchase of a cloth bag.
