Hyderabad: Chief Minister of Telangana K Chandrasekhar Rao has announced 29% of the bonus sharing Net Profit Singareni Colliaries (SCCL) to his employees.
This will be one percent more than a bonus sharing last year’s profit.
CM directs the SCCL chairman and managing director N Sridhar to pay the number of bonuses to the employee before the Dasara Festival.
He stressed that the state government was committed to the welfare of workers and employees of Singareni.
CM, which reviewed SCCL activities on Tuesday, said there was a need to expand the SCCL activities for iron ore, sand, and chalk mining together with coal production and request officials to come up with a plan immediately.
KCR said when a private company company involves retirees of Singareni employees for mineral mining and benefit, why we cannot do the same.
The state government will take the initiative in that direction, he said.
CM accused that the center privatized the business of the public sector.
SCCL has achieved good results in coal production and power plants, it must enter the other field of allies, he said.
He positively responded to the request made by the Eswar copula minister who retired employees of Singareni and workers get less than Rs 2,000 pensions per month from the center and the state government must help.
CM has instructed officials to prepare reports on how state governments can help retire employees and workers Singareni.
