Chennai: In suspension of sentence to the Director of Susi Ganesan, the Madras High Court at the independent film maker encouraged Thursday Leena Manmentalai and Singer Chinmayi Sriptada from making a slanderful statement until the order further.
The problem is related to the alleged sexual harassment leveled by manmekalai to ganesan during the ‘Metoo’ movement.
Allowing temporary applications transferred by Ganesan searching for orders, justice Abdul Qudhoose also holds certain social media platforms and online news portals from uploading the content.
And as the problem is the sub too, both ganesan and manemalai was formed to go to the press on the dispute, the court said.
“Free media reported this problem; restrictions were only for parties in this application,” Judge added.
The court passed the temporary order in the coat moved by Ganesan looking for 1.1 Crore as damage from Chinmaye for making slander statements against it.
Ganesan accused the manemalai from Vendetta in issuing posting slanderously on social media against him in 2017, allegating that he was a victim of sexual abuse while telling the incident in 2005 specifically.
“After a one-year hose, in 2018, Leena at Chinmayi’s orders under his efforts which allegedly revealed abuse in the Kollywood industry below I also moved, late and after a lot of thought and published my name as a person, who allegedly arrested him to refer to alleged abuse Sexual, “said Ganesan.
