Chandigarh: The court at Haryana’s Sonipat on Saturday was extended by two days of police returned from four Nihang who was arrested in connection with Lynching of a Dalit Labor on the site of the farmers’ protest at the Singhu border in Delhi.
The Haryana police have produced Sarabjit Singh, Nariain Singh, GovindppPpreet Singh and Bhagwant Singh before the court.
The court expanded the police returned from four accused of two days, Sonipat deputy supervisor of Virender Police Singh said by telephone.
Sarabjit, which was produced in court on October 16, was sent to police detention seven days while three others were returned in police custody six days.
Labor Dalit Lakhbir Singh was brutally killed last week and his body was bound to a barricade on the Singhu border with cutting hands and many wounds caused by sharp-eyed weapons.
NiHang, accused of stating that Lakhbir, who came from a village in Punjab’s Tarn Taran, “punished” for the alleged dismissal of the holy book.
Initially, Sarabjit Singh was arrested for the murder.
Then, Nariain Singh, the key member of the Order Nihang Sikhs, held in Amritsar.
Govindpreet Singh and Bhagwant Singh from Fatehgarh Sahib had “surrendered” before the Sonipat police.
Haryana police have formed two special investigation teams in connection with the incident of murder.
One sit has been formed to carry out the overall investigation into this case and the second was formed to investigate the incident video, which circulated on social media.
