Quepem: CM Pramod Sawant said on Saturday that Patriotico Sociedade DOS Baldios Das Novas Conquistas, Uguem, sold several lands by deceiving the government, but convinced residents that their rights as a single resident would be protected.
The government will not carry out injustice towers and the maturity process will be followed to express their rights, Sawant said at a special meeting with around 200 in the village of Uguem.
The government recently removed the name of sociedade and put itself as a resident with farmers, based on the official sheet notification of 1966, triggering strong opposition from farmers.
Will delete the government name after the legal process ends: cmreplying for questions, Pramod Sawant said that the government would remove the government’s name after completing the legal process.
On behalf of Uguem Woal, former Sarpanch Sanjay Parwar took him to the Sawant notification that the local population was angry about sudden changes made by Sanguem Mamlatdar in the form of I & XIV by entering the government as property owner without sending notice.
Sawant promised local residents who were harmed that the government would not take their land that previously bought it from sociedade, as well as those whose names were in columns of rights and other tenants.
He warned local residents not to violate government land.
If anyone tries to break or build a hut or house, the government will destroy them, he said.
Sawant asked local residents to send applications to deputy collector Sanguem, along with their sales deeds or other documents, showing that they have land.
The minister’s chairman asked the local resident of Uguem to form a five-member committee to follow up on the collector’s deputy.
Without mentioning IIT, the main minister said that some people created “the wrong atmosphere” among the people that something would appear on the ground.
The government will do anything good for Uguem people, which he claims.
“I know who is responsible for not removing the Sociedade name of Records Survey,” he said.
“The court told us to maintain the status quo, but I promised you that it didn’t need a long time to solve the problem that supported the government.” Meanwhile, the farmers reacted to the statement of the minister’s chairman, decided not to submit their documents to the office deputy collector.
“We do not have faith in the words of the minister’s chairman, we will submit our documents only after the High Court to throw this case,” they said.
