Islamabad: Pakistan has not disconnected by the Indian National Security Advisor Ajit Doval to hold the Asian region NSAS conference to discuss the situation in Afghanistan on November 10 and 11 in New Delhi, reported local media on Saturday.
India officially has invited NSA Russia, Iran, China, Pakistan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan for conferences.
Mr.
Nsa Moeed Yousaf has been invited to attend the proposed conference, reported this nation quoting sources in foreign offices.
“We have not made a decision about Indian invitations, however, the decision whether to attend the conference or vice versa will be taken soon”, the State citing Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said.
But the newspaper reported quoting sources in Islamabad that leadership, combining civil and military is expected to make decisions at this conference next week.
Moscow format that was recently concluded in Afghanistan was attended by India.
However, representatives of the two countries did not hold a meeting on the sidelines.
In addition, India will not participate in the Foreign Minister’s conference organized by Iran in Afghanistan on October 27.
