Jaipur: A 8-year-old girl who studied in class V from the government school was raped allegedly by a 50-year-old teacher in Sikar.
The problem was revealed on Saturday when the girl did not want to go to school after three days away and told her parents about the incident.
The girl’s father on Sunday filed a rape case against the teacher at the Sikar Audit Police Station.
According to the police, the girl looked annoyed and reluctant to go to school on Saturday morning while her mother was preparing for school.
“When the family asked him the reason he said that the defendant was identified as Shankar Lal Sharma, a 50-year-old government school teacher, touched his personal part and he had touched it inappropriately.
The family reached the school where the teacher was sidelined.
The girl put forward a rape case on Sunday, “said Sunil Jangid, Sho, the police station consciously, talking to Ti.
The police stated that because it was a case of a little girl who even touched inappropriately taken as a rape according to Act Pocso.
“The defendant has been detained and will soon be arrested.
We have submitted a case below the right part of the Pocso Law,” added Jangid.
Kunwar Rastradeep, police supervisor, Sikar, stated that the police were now aimed at early arrest, submitting the early Chargesheet and justice on time.
“The defendant underwent interrogation for the final arrest.
I have asked the officers to submit Chargesheet on time and take the case in the scheme of case officers to chase him in everyday hearings for faster confidence in court.”
