Bathinda: Bollywood actor Sonu Sonu Said Malvika Sood Sachar joined Congress on the main page of Moga in Punjab on Monday – moving that party expectations will increase its prospects in the State Assembly poll on February 14 when her brother said he would examine him.
Chairman of Charanjit Minister Singh Channi and the State Congress of President Navjot Singh Sidhu viewed Malvika into the folds of the party in Moga.
Both indicate assigning it from the constituency of hopes.
Malvika was late thirties and according to Bio Instagram, he was a computer engineer and social worker.
His political debut was not surprising since the sood, known for his philanthropy during a pandemic, said last November that his sister would oppose the assembly poll.
He hasn’t named the party.
The family keeps the card close to his chest before choosing a congress, even though the wild guesses in a row for two months when the sood goes around and meets several politicians: AAP National Conveners Arvind KeRiNi, CM Channi and Sad Chief Sukhbir Singh Badal.
Malvika said he was impressed with the work of the Congress, especially from Channi who became CM only last year.
