Vadodara: Special Investigation Team (Sitting) has been formed to conduct an investigation into a blast at the Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd (GFL) factory which killed seven people on Thursday.
All the deceased has now been identified.
IGP specifically the range of Panchmahal forms sitting on Saturday.
Sitting included Deputy Halol Police Supervisory (DSP), Police Inspector Halol Circle, Panchmahal District Branch of Local Crime (LCB) Police Inspector and Sub-Inspector Police Rajgadh.
Halol DSP Harpalsinh Rathod said that the police had not received reports from various institutions that examined the site.
He added that this report will help ensure the true cause of the explosion.
The preliminary report has stated that the explosion occurred due to high pressure on the ship at the factory.
Engineers and company technicians also investigate this problem, said source.
The explosion took place on Thursday at the factory located in Ghoghamba Taluka from the Panchmahal District.
Until Friday night three of the seven deceased had not been identified.
These three people are identified later.
The autopsy of all corpses has been done and they have been handed over to relatives.
Rathod said that nine people were injured because the explosion was still hospitalized.
The condition of one of them is serious, but stable.
