New Delhi: Finance Minister Union Nirmala Sitharaman will on Monday to meet the Minister of Prourse and Minister of Finance to discuss steps to attract private investment to help improve the economy.
Speaking to reporters, Finance Secretary T V Somandang said the meeting came in the background of strong economic recovery, two covid waves, and the central government had made a big boost in the capex.

Economic Affairs Secretary Ajay Seth said discussions during the meeting would focus on easing the norms on land and water use to attract private investment.
The purpose of this meeting is to use this mesh not only to encourage growth from the center but also at the state level.
