Yavatmal: The Special Investigation Team (Sitting) formed by Yavatmal Supervisors from Police (SP) Dilip Patil-Bhujbal has given Chit to the former Forest Minister Sanjay Rathod against who the accusations are made about seeking sexual assistance from a woman.
The woman denied making such complaints, SP said.
SP on Saturday night told the media that because there were no complaints raised by women or closed relatives against Shiv Sena Mla from Digras, he had been given clean chats.

“The woman claimed that she had never signed such complaints and her husband’s name was mistakenly mentioned in it.
The woman said Rathod had never been seeking sexual assistance from him,” SP said.
SP said sitting visit the Ghatanji Post Office where the shipments containing registered complaints.
“The employees there said that the two men booked the letters one after another but were denied knowing them,” he said.
