Motihari: East Champaran Navin Chandra said on Thursday that the special investigation team (sitting) has been formed to investigate the murder case of Jewelry Kapildeo Prasad Sarraf and his grandson Chandan Sarraf by criminals near the Velayi Police Bridge near Raxaul on September 13.
SP added that FIR was filed on Thursday by the son of the late Vijay Sarraf against Dinesh Mahaseth, Madhu Rai and an unknown person.
SP visits the scene on Wednesday.
“The police are conducting a raid on the NAB accusing Dinesh Mahaseth and Madhu Rai,” SP said.
He added, “Sitting led by Raxaul Sdpo Chandra Prakash has been formed to investigate a double murder case.” Jha further said that one of the accused, Mahaseth, the Raxaul land broker had met with last week and was made.
Written complaints that he had bought a plot of land from Sudama Prasad at the cost of RS1.2Crore, which he borrowed all the amounts of the late Kapilda Prasad Sarraf.
