Patna: A 42-year-old man was stabbed to death because he refused to loot in Siwan District on Monday.
The deceased, was identified as Duletachand Yadav, was on his way to take the train at the Siwan train station for Lucknow at Uttar Pradesh to deposit school fees from his daughter Manha.
The deceased belongs to the village of Atkhamba under the area of ​​the Barharia Police Station in Siwan District.
He brought RS30,000 to pay the Tuition fee of Manha, who was studying in Lucknow, Dulachand’s son Priyanshu Kumar told the police.
He said cash and his cellphone was gone.
The incident was revealed when some local residents stepped out of their home to walk in the middle of the station.
They found the victim lying in a pool of blood near Chiktoli Lane under the area of ​​the city police station.

Siwan City Police Station Sho Jai Prakash Pandit said the train ticket from Siwan to the Basti train station recovered from the pocket of the deceased.
The identity is confirmed by the help of the Aadhaar card recovered from its ownership.

“The body is handed over to the family after postmortem,” he added.
Sho said the prime facie seems to be a booty case.
However, the victim’s gold chain and other valuables were found intact.
“We are investigating this case from a different angle to uncover the truth,” he said.
Priyanshu said he had dropped his father at Karbala Bazaar from where he hired autorickshaw and reached Babunia Mor.
After that, he proceeded to the train station on foot.
Meanwhile, the criminals attacked him and grabbed his cellphone.
Priyanshu revealed that Dulachand was first able to visit close relatives in Faizabad from where he went to Lucknow with Manha.
