Ludhiana: Playing it safely, Congress has dismantled the majority of the election of the latest assembly while declaring its nominal in nine out of 14 seats for assembly constituencies in Ludhiana Regency.

But a surprising factor for many people in the party is the nomination of captain Sandeep Sandhu from Dakha.
Sandhu has been an adviser to the former Chairman of Minister Amarinder Singh and has lost Bypolls in 2019 too.

His supporters felt it was his hard work in his election for the past five years who made the party go for him.
Candidate Congress and Sitting MLA from the East Constitution Sanjay Talwar said, “We have worked hard for the past five years.
