Six areas of dengue fever hub in Lucknow

Lucknow: Apart from the claims of health and civil authorities that they have done large-scale anti-mosquito drives in the city, cases of spiky dengue fever again on Wednesday with 20 more patients including seven women diagnosed with disease in the last 24 hours.
New cases reported from six regions: Indiranagar, Aishbagh, Turiyaganj, Nawal Kishore Road, Aliganj and Chinhat.
In fact, most cases recorded since September 1 have come from these areas.
Health and civil workers have claimed that they have done a broad fogging and anti-larva drive in these areas.
Among new cases, four patients were serious and had to be hospitalized, while others recovered at home.
