Patna: All private and private hospitals Patna has been vigilant for any emergency situation for four days Chhath Puja who began with ‘nahay-khay’ on Monday.
District Judge Chandrashekhar Singh has directed the Indira Gandhi Medical Institute, Patna Medical College and Hospital and Nalanda Medical College and Hospitals to maintain emergency services and their operations remain open during the festival.

Vibha Kumari said six hospitals were temporarily established on the prohibition of Ghat, Collectorate Ghat, Law College Ghat, Gai Ghat, Patipul Ghat and Gate Number 93 with beds, stretcher, oxygen administration system, life-efficient drugs and Other medical facilities needed.
“More than 90 teams of doctors and paramedics have become representatives of this Ghats,” said Dr.
Vibha, added that small health problems would be treated effectively by the temporary medical team in serious cases, patients would be taken to the nearest hospital.
Meanwhile, large private hospitals and city nursing homes have been asked to offer medical assistance and ambulance services during the festival.
Superintendent PMCH Dr.
I Sakur said all the department heads were directed to remain vigilant and prepare their operating cinema.
“The direction has been spent to keep 20 beds each in medical and surgical emergencies,” he said.
