Ludhiana: Six armed criminals attacked a businessman and robbed her bag containing about Rs 9.5 lakh and two mobile phones at the factory in an industrial area on Friday morning.
said, “Around 8:28 am, I reached my unit in my car, the driver I drove.
I sat in the back seat.
When the car towed, my employees go out and take from me the key factories and a lunch box.
As soon as I entered the unit, someone hit me from behind and I fell unconscious.
“He said the CCTV camera footage posted on site and nearby showed the incident occurred at around 8.30 am.
“They were aged six accused who came on two motorcycles.
My bag containing about Rs 9.50 lakh and Rs 2 lakh two mobile phones,” he added.
B (grabbing), 148 (rioting, armed with deadly weapon) and 149 (unlawful assembly) of the IPC.
“They will soon be arrested,” he added.
Police said the accused apparently aged about 20 to 25 years and had covered their faces with masks.
“They have discussed the motorcycle registration number plate them with masking tape.
The factory owner had suffered back and neck injuries.
Injuries, however, are not serious,” he added.
