Ludhiana: City police model conducted a surprise check in three areas under her jurisdiction on Sunday morning.
5 Morning, a different team from the police station began examining Abdullapur Basti, Manohar Nagar and Azad Nagar.
The police rounded up six suspected drug smugglers and liquor.
Sho City Police Station Inspector Inderjit Singh said, “We conducted a surprise examination in various regions.
Some houses were dipped and six suspects were rounded up.
During their questions, two custom violators involved in smuggling liquor were identified.
Both have been captured with precautions.
