Vadodara: The city police claim for the intense patrol sounded hollow when the thief flew the six stores located a few hundred meters from the Raopura police station on Thursday night.
The police have received CCTV’s footage installed in several stores.
The thieves left the red-faced police when they committed a crime during the night at night when the police should come out on the road to patrol.
According to the police, a group of thieves broke into clothing stores, furniture and sports equipment near the intersection of Kothi.
There are usually checkpoints at this intersection during curfew for watching those who say the rules.
The first gang entered the furniture store and went to find cash.
When they did not find cash, they began breaking into other adjacent stores but could not find money.
The police said that there were no valuables or any product stolen from one of the shops.
Interestingly, the police did not submit FIR by saying that the shop owner did not advance to file a complaint.
While two stores are under the jurisdiction of the Karelibaug police station, the rest are under police station Raopura and Sawajigunj.
Raopura police officers, in fact, said that there were no shops under their jurisdiction.
But no police can explain how the thief moved around the night of the night and entered the shops located on the main road without being noticed.
