Letter: On the World Science Day for Peace and Development, Teachers and Students of the Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT) will have a special reason to celebrate it.
Overall six teachers from SVNIT have found two per cent per cent researchers and world scientists in a report published by Stanford University, USA, and Elsevier from the Netherlands, on Wednesday.
Responsible SVNIT director, Prof RV RAO has been ranked second in the world for the highest number of research papers and first in India in 2020.
The data includes scientists who are among 1,000 in all fields, according to the index of quotes Composite.
Global recognition of SVNIT researchers is likely to provide the main Fillip Institute among the science and brotherhood of global research.
In addition to Prof.
Rao, ranked based on the impact of quotes for one calendar in 2020 including Dr.
K Suresh Kumar Kaira in ranked 321, Prof.
Zvp Murthy at 917, Dr.
Suban K Sahoo at 1,293, Dr.
Sabharaj Arya at 1.518 and Dr.
Manish Rathod at 1,518 ranks.
“Rankings will help us improve the reputation of the Institute and research works from the Institute will be known globally.
Our placement will also increase,” said Prof.
Rao, who conducted research in the field of engineering and industrial automation, operating research engineering.
In other lists, ratings based on the impact of career quotes until the end of 2020 including Prof.
Rao was ranked 52nd, Prof.
Murthy at 1,260 and Dr.
Suresh Kumar Kaira was ranked 2,141.
“The contribution of researchers from SVNIT will be recognized by the brotherhood of the world science.
Our NIRF ranking will also improve with this,” said Dr.
