Ferozepur: The relatives of gangster Jaipal Bhullar, who had been murdered in a joint performance by Punjab and West Bengal police forces at Kolkota on June 9, also have transferred the Punjab and Haryana high court, hunting instant postmortem of their deceased.
They’ve alleged that Jaipal was tortured by police prior to being taken.
The gangster’s parents have refused to carry out their last rites.
Jaipal was cremated on Sunday noon, however his loved ones detected multiple cracks and fractures on his torso when preparing for his final rites and approached the local government to demand a second autopsy.
