Kanpur: The Mayor of Kota Kanpur, Pramila Pandey, has filed a complaint with Nagar Swarup police accusing President Shiv Sena and Maharashtra Minister Uddhav Thackeray using the Derogatory language for UP CM Yogi Adityanath.
The police have registered complaints as non-cognitive reports (NCR).
Complaints refer to the comments of 2018 Thackeray who went viral on social media as soon as UNI Minister Narayan Rane on Tuesday was arrested for ‘slap’ for Maharashtra CM.
In a video clip that has been sent with complaints submitted with Kanpur police, Thackeray can be heard saying that Yogi Adityanath must be beaten with Chappal.
Mayor Pandey said, “Uddhav Thackeray has made a comment insulting about CM Yogi Adyityath, and I have filed a police complaint against him.” He added, “he (Uddhav) enjoyed his father’s inheritance and had not worked hard himself.” Ashwini Pandey, Inspector at the Sawarup Nagar Police Station, said the complaint was registered as NCR.
After his release on a guarantee on Tuesday night, Rane had a press conference on Wednesday called Uddhav Thackeray’s comments against Yogi Aditentalath and asked whether it was not a crime.
Another incident he mentioned was the UDDHAV reaction to BJP MLC Prasad Lad called Shiv Sena Bhavan to be lowered.
Thackeray said that if someone speaks a language like that, he will get ‘Jhapad’ like that so he won’t be able to wake up.
