Noida: Criminal involved in cases of capturing and lifting rickshaws was automatically arrested after a short exchange of fires near the RTO office in sector 32.
The police said, the defendant targeted people on the morning and had 18 cases registering against him.
He has been identified as a door, aka Nevla, a resident of Delhi Mayur Vihar.
“On Saturday morning, we were carrying out routine checks near the RTO office.
Around 9:30 a.m., our team saw a man on a splendor motorcycle without a number plate and asked him to stop,” said Ranvijay Singh, the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Noida) additional.
However, he did not stop and tried to escape.
The police team surrounded him to follow what he opened fire on them.
“Our team replied and after a short meeting, the door was held.
He has received a bullet injury and rushes to the hospital and undergoes treatment,” said Singh.Police said that he was a criminal who was sought in Noida and teams interrogated him to know about his gang members.
