Nagpur: Friday brings a positive development bundle for the Vidarbha region.
Except for one death in the city of Nagpur, there was no Covid-19 deaths reported throughout the region.
Yavatmal, which at a time was one of the worst districts in the region in terms of cases and death, reported zero new cases on Friday.
There has been no death because of Covid-19 in Yavatmal for the last 21 days.
Amravati and Buldhana also joined other districts in Vidarbha with a test position less than 0.5%.
Akola became the fifth district to have less than 50 patients in care.
The only concern for Vidarbha was a small increase in the case of Gadchiroli for the third day in a row.
Overall, Vidarbha reported 115 new cases, the lowest in July so far.
228 patients recovered from Covid-19, while one death was reported in Nagpur.
