Jaipur: Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Shanti Kumar Dhariwal said the Special Operations Group (SOG) was fully able to do a fair probe from the case of the Paper asked Reet at each level and brought justice.
Dhariwal provides answers to special discussions on paper leaks in the assembly on Monday.
He said there were no such facts given by the opposition, which would prove that SOG’s investigation in this case was in the wrong direction.
“If Sogya does not conduct an investigation correctly, only the opposition request can be justified,” he said.
He told the house that the opposition wants the CBI probe so that the agency can come here and seal the board office, strong space and go to Delhi and the entire recruitment process will be jammed.
At BJP questioned SOG’s limit, Dhariwal said this unit had served a notification to 18 MLA including the minister of chairman for interrogation.
Dhariwal said even when BJP came to power, the investigation of the incident was carried out by SOG.
He asked the opposition members that when 25 cases of paper leaks were registered at the time of the BJP government, why did they only provide their investigation on SOG? Why not go to CBI? He said the 2014 race case, RJS-2014, LDC-2014 and seven exams from Rajasthan University were only given to SOG.
Also, at the time of opposition, in 2016 and the 2018 reet paper leak case was given to the local police instead of SOG.
He said even the central government only gave a case to the CBI in three cases of paper leaks.
But there are no results that come out so far.
He gave an example of several cases of paper leaks where the Supreme Court chose a probe to sit down rather than CBI.
“We point someone like Pradeep ParaAshar as the coordinator, because we have to look down.
The whole organization cannot be triggered because of one person.
If you slander all the organizations because of one person, the RSS has only been referred to by Nimbam, which was called by ACB about a case , “he said.
The minister also denied allegations that for the first time retirees and private educational institutions had been employed as a coordinator and coordinator in the exam behavior.
