Somali men died after a fight; 1 held, 6 ordered

Gurgaon: 42-year-old Somalia National was killed after his head allegedly banged on a wall during a fight with his friends at his home in sector 50, police said on Saturday.
One of his friends was arrested while the other six had been ordered on charges of murder, police said, adding that all the defendants were also a citizen of Somalia.
According to police officers, the victim Mohamed Mohamud Duale and his friends lived in India as a refugee and held the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugee Cards (UNHCR).
On October 27, the victim accompanied his friends, who came from the Malviya Nagar Delhi area, to a party at a hotel in Sector 45.
The men then went to Duale’s residence in the Mayfield Park in Sector 50, police said.
“All the men were drunk.
But on his residence, Duale insisted on having more alcohol which caused a heated argument after one of the friends who pushed it to the wall.
When everyone was drunk, it seemed they didn’t realize the dual injury rate at that time,” said an officer Police from the Sector 50 police station.
Friends claimed that they went to sleep after the incident.
On Thursday morning, when Duale did not respond, they rushed to the hospital where he was declared dead on arrival.
After the complaint was registered by a Duale cousin at the Sector 50 police station, FIR was listed under the Indian Code 302 (murder) and 34 (general intention) of the IPC against seven friends on Friday, while one of them was arrested later.
“We have captured one of seven men.
Until now, only his involvement is going forward.
We see this problem and investigate others too,” the officer said.

Deepak Mathur, a forensic expert who carried out an autopsy, said, “Go by a preliminary report, it seems that the person (duality) died of a head injury from a blunt that led to internal bleeding in the brain.”
