Some gurgaon schools call back students, against the closing order

Gurgaon: Some private schools in and around the city have begun to remember students to a deviant class of orders to keep the campus closing because of the high level of pollution.
A part of the parent, has also supported the decision, asking why students must be banned from attending physical classes when they will stay out of the house to play or for weddings present.
Private schools that remember students argue that prolonged online classes have had an impact on their entire student learning.
Last week, the Ministry of Education had sent notifications around a dozen schools to call students back when there was a command against it but it wasn’t deterrent.
School closure is ordered by the Air Quality Management Commission (CAQM).
The school has been closed for a better part of the last 30 days.
“There is a clear lack of planning.
Previously, only teachers and principals were fighting that the school did not have to close when every other thing was opened and walked in full capacity.
Now, even parents who support us, “said Yashpal Yadav, President of Haryana Sikshan Sansthan Sansthan.
The school has also not worked at 100% capacity.
The Haryana government has planned to reopen the school completely from December 1 but decided to continue the class at a capacity of 50%, with a high level of pollution and concerns to build around the omicron variant of the Coronavirus.
Most schools continue to remain in hybrid mode.
At the same time, some schools have struggled well with online classes and cost collections and have pushed to return full for class.
“Omicron’s concern is legitimate and who knows, there might be another kuncian.
This is a situation that cannot contest.
But until then, the physical class must be allowed.
Air pollution is not as bad as before.
And in any case, students have gone out for weddings and other events, “said the Private Principal who asked not to be named.
Schools have called students for classes for a week now.
Some parents support decisions.
“I have two children – one in 6th grade and the other in class 12.
I want my children to go to school.
They lost social skills and their emotional well-being was taking a hit by being limited to houses.
If students must just learn online, why will parents register themselves in schools and pay large and strong fees? I feel illogical to keep the school closed because of pollution.
This is a recurrent problem and school and parents have learned to live with it, “said Anju Kapoor, a lawyer.
Academics agree learning has suffered during a pandemic.
“Online education has a diverse response.
Some schools managed to make a transition, but others struggled.
Somehow, we all succeeded in things for two years.
But school is not only about study.
There are things that cannot teach through books or online classes.
In addition, placing children in front of the laptop for all day is having an impact on their concentration and health, “said the leading school principal in the city.
A Department of Education official said they would take action against schools found against government orders.
