Washington: Some rockets were fired at Kabul International Airport but were intercepted by the missile defense system, a US official told Reuters to quoted initial information.
The official, talked about the condition of anonymity, said as many as 5 rockets were fired, although it was not clear whether all was dropped by the defense system.
The official said the initial report did not show US victims, but the information could change.
