Chennai: The police have launched a search for a 46-year-old man who allegedly killed his wife by banging his head to the wall suspecting his loyalty and hiding a corpse under the television table in Otteri on Monday night.
After the stench began to radiate on Wednesday morning and the two couple sons were looking for and discovered the bodies of their mother.
Police said R Vani, 41, was married to Ramesh, 46, for 16 years and the couple had two men aged 15 and 12 years old.
The police said that Ramesh suspected vani loyalty and often quarreled with her.
On Monday night, Ramesh escaped from his house when his older son asked him about Vani.
Ramesh told him that he had married running with his girlfriend.
Then he never returned.
Meanwhile, his two sons looked for their mother wherever he could go and on Tuesday returned home with other friends to sleep.
On Wednesday morning, they had a foul odor from home.
They told their neighbors who visited their home and took off clothes from under the TV table.
They fell on the woman’s body.
Information, the Otner police rushed to the place and sent the body to postmortem.
The woman did not suffer injury except in her head.
The police have registered a murder case and launched a Ramesh search.
The police said that Ramesh could kill Vani after fighting by banging her head to the wall and escaping from the scene.
Further investigation is active.
