Mumbai: Bombay High Court on Tuesday said he would hear an actor’s request for Sonu Sood to intervene in the pill where the guess he was hoarded and distributed injection of remedies and Tocilizumab illegally after demand on social media.
A judicial chief of the Doneta Datta and Justice Gires Kulkarni, heard pills about Covid-19 management, was told by the advocate of Milan Desai who wanted to hear.
“We will hear it on the next occasion,” CJ said.
The SOOD application said after the second wave in April, there was a race for the soul-saving drugs.
“Therefore he decided to be a channel between the two namely connecting people who need Bona Fide with places where the drugs mentioned above are available so that the latter can directly send drugs to patients in need,” the application said.
This added that it involves the two-stage process asking patients to submit documents such as the Aadhar card, Covid report, doctor’s prescription and verification by contacting the hospital.
He denied buying or buying medicines for trading, adding him “just guiding” patients who need to a pharmacy where drugs are available.
Sood said the Petitioner, FI-LM producer based in Pune Nilesh Navlakha, without making efforts to find out the truth had continued to make “Fither’s allegations, unfounded, reckless, reckless”.
