Seoul: South Korea will expand the limitation of Covid-19 which is harder at a private meeting outside the Metropolitan Seoul, when the country struggles to hold his worst outbreak, the prime minister said on Sunday.

From Monday to August 1, the current rules in Seoul limit private meetings to four people will apply to other countries.
South Korea, after being quoted as a success story to keep Covid-19 controlled, being struggled against infection because the Delta variant which was more transmitting spread, triggering semi-locking in the Seoul area.
The toughest sidewalk level in the larger SEOUL area, including a meeting ban over two people after 6pm, took effect last week.
Gatherings up to four people are permitted during the day.
The country reported 1,454 new Coronavirus cases on Saturday, carrying cumulative cases to 177,951 and total deaths to 2,057.
Only 30% of the 52 million South Koreans have received at least one dose of Covid-19 vaccine.
About 32% of 1,402 cases obtained locally on Saturday were recorded outside the larger Seoul area, up from 28% the day before.
Korean infections abroad separately on Sunday, the Defense Ministry said it would divert all troops from a ship on anti-piracy patrols in the Middle East after dozens of soldiers in the Board were tested positive for the Koronavirus.
The replacement crew will direct the ship back home.
Two air tankers left for the Middle East after the ministry confirmed 68 troops on the ship had tested positive for viruses.
The government said on Thursday it would send a medical team to overcome the outbreak on the ship.
But there are concerns that the outbreak can be much worse and need more drastic action.
The Yonhap news agency said the joint staff had received only 101 results from PCR tests of more than 300 service members, while the rest could be revealed in the upcoming hours.
On Saturday, members of the International Olympic Committee from South Korea were tested positive after arriving in Tokyo for matches and isolated.
