South Korean antitrust agency is $ 177 million

Seoul: South Korean Antitrust Regulator on Tuesday Alphabet Inc.
Google 207 billion Won ($ 176.64 million), said the US technology giant abused the dominant market position to limit competition in the mobile operating system market.
Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) investigates Google for allegedly blocking local smartphone makers from using other operating systems.
The good thing is the latest antitrust setback for Google in South Korea.
Earlier this month, Parliament issued a bill to ban the operator of the main application store such as Google from forcing software developers to use their payment system and effectively stopped developers from the cost of purchase in the application.
KFTC said the fine could be the ninth-largest ever forced.
Google is not immediately available to be commented on Tuesday.
