Noida: The Jamajwadi Party (SP) has written to the President Commissioner, demanding the transfer of two senior Noida police officers.
In the letter, the State President of SP Naresh Uttam Patel has accused the election malpractice in supporting BJP.
Patel has claimed two policemen has directed personnel to choose BJP and create “atmosphere” for them in the upcoming assembly poll.
A source in the police department said, “this accusation is incorrect.
The department has taken action against anyone found violating the model behavior model.” Assembly polls will be held in seven phases, starting February 10 when Gautam Budh Nagar will also choose.
