Lucknow: After a lot of criticism of the ‘confidentiality’ on the list of candidates, the Samajwadi Party on Monday released the name 159 nominations to fight for assembly selection at the party symbol in the first three phases.
Trying out of the image of Muslim parties and Yadavs, SP has given 48, or a little less than one third, tickets to OBC non-Yadav.
The number of candidates from the Yadav sub-caste is 15.
In addition, attacking the balance between Muslims and Dalits, he has also reduced 31 candidates from two segments other than 11 women in the first three phases.

There are 18 Turncoats in this list, including those recently shifted from BJP.

Bukhari was very close to SP Patriarch Mulayam Singh Yadav for decades.
Uncle SP Head Shivpal Yadav also found the mention in the list when he fought the SP symbol of his traditional Jaswannagar seat.
Partner Alliance SP – Mahaan Dal – also received a representation with the National President of Keshav Dev Son Chandra Prakash Maurya received a ticket from Bilsi Seat.
Bilsi comes MLA Radha Krishna Sharma, who defected SP with Maurya, has been adjusted to the AONLA seat.
The Turncoat list began with former Yogi Minister Dharam Singh Saini from nakur.
Roshan Lal Verma has been derived from his own seat, Tilhar.
Apart from the two, former Mla Ramhetu Bharti, Bhagwati Prasad Sagar and Neeraj Maurya – who had defected BJP together with Swami Prasad and Saina – also got a ticket.
The list of Turncoats from BJP also includes Mukhiya Gurjar from Hasanganj in Amroha too.
BSP MLA Aslam Ali has been reduced from Dhaolana while the names of the state president of BSP Hospital Kushwaha (Nightasan) and former Minister of BSP Daddu Prasad (Naraini) also searched the list.
Other Turncoats from BSP which made it for a list of Yogesh Verma (Hastinapur), Sitaram Kushwaha (Jhansi), former BSP MLC Tilak Chandra Ahirwar (Mauraipur), Asif Khan Babbu (Shahabad), Amar Pal Sharma (Khurja) and Bansi Singh (Khurja) (Khurja) (Khurja)).
All have joined SP after 2020.
Former Bareilly Surpiya Aron, who recently shifted from Congress, has been named the party candidate from Bareilly Cantt.
