Lucknow: Reticing retired employees and government teachers in a large way, the Head of the Samajwadi Party Akhilesh Yadav on Thursday promised to restore the old retirement scheme for all retired employees and government teachers.
The BJP government in the center in 2004 has stopped a guaranteed retirement scheme and instead started a contributing pension system.
Up adopted a new regime in 2005.
Chief SP also dropped broad reform instructions in outsourcing government work, describing it as a tool used to complete the reservation.
The announcement of the recovery of pre-2005 pension schemes is expected to be able to benefit 12 lakh retired government employees who have been in Warpath with state governments for years.

Former CM said the decision to restore the old retirement scheme was taken after a detailed discussion with financial experts, representatives of government employee employees and the association of retired civil servants.

“Recovering a retirement scheme will be another important element of our party manifesto,” he added.
“The decision was taken by considering the demand for the government of the government, government employees and officers who had held agitation but were unsuccessful.

This is the third promise of the promise that Akhilesh has so far after 300 units of free power on domestic connections and 18,000 Rs for poor women every year.

Akhilesh said that in addition to recovering a retirement scheme, Yash Bharti Awards will also be re-introduced by the SP government which is ready to be formed after assembly selection.
Starting in 1994, Yash Bharati Award was introduced as the highest civilian award which was institutionalized by the government to recognize the contribution of personality in the field of literature, social work, medicine, film and likes.
This award carries an extension letter, Wallet Rs 11 Lakh and Retirement Rs 50,000 per month on request.
Akhilesh said Nagar Yash Bharti Award will also be given at the district level.
Accoridng to Kishore Tewari’s Day, President of Rajya Karamchari Sanyukt Parishad, in 2004 the BJP government at the center removed the original pension scheme and asked the countries to adopt the National Pension Scheme (NPS).
The government over introducing NPS in 2005 in which 10% of employees payment is stored in NPS where the country is 14%.
The amount collected was invested in stock, he said.
In retirement, employees get the number of lumps and the rest are paid with installments.
“Because the return depends on investment in stocks, employees oppose the scheme.
In the original retirement scheme prevailing before 2005, employees are guaranteed to be equivalent to a monthly pension with 50% of the last withdrawn salary,” which recently had joined SP, said.
