Hyderabad: Tenses apply in the garden tower in the first Lancer area, under the boundary of the Humayun Nagar Police Station, after the larger Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) official dismiss the illegal structure according to the high court order on Tuesday.
The police registered three cases against several people to prevent demolition activities and even set material in a burning location to trigger communal tension.
In accordance with the sequence of high courts, GHMC officials destroy seven commercial stores built around religious structures.
While the demolition took place, Sha Jahangiruddin Siddiqui from First Lancer allegedly burned several articles around the disputed property.
“The defendant also burned a local car and it suffered partial damage,” Commissioner with Ar Srinivas.
The police immediately told the fire department and the flame was flushed quickly.
The police also used mild strength to disperse the gang collected at the scene.
It was realized by the alleged illegal construction of Jahangiruddin, the association of resident’s welfare had approached the High Court, which recently directed GHMC to undermine illegal structures and asked the police to provide protection for demolition work.
“We have registered three separate cases against the Defendant based on Part 153A IPC to promote hostility between different groups, below section 353 for the attack or use of criminal powers to prevent public servants from the use of their duties and also to assign cars A person on fire,” said Joint commissioner.
The demolition and removal of debris continued until late at night and the police team remained in place to ensure that there were no unwanted incidents there.
The defendant had been detained.
