Special Court Call 5 in the case of Narada

Kolkata: Special Court on Wednesday ordered the publication of a call to the Minister of West Bengali Subrata Mukherjee and Firhad judge in addition to the other three after consuming complaints by the Directorate of Enforcing Pites Narada Law.
The CBI judge specifically ordered the appearance accused of November 16.
Apart from the two ministers and Congress Trinamool Mla Madan Mitra, confession was also taken against the former Mayor of Kolkata Sova Chatterjee and IPS officers suspended by SMH Mirza.
The court directed that the call for Mukherjee, the judge and partner was served through the West Bengal Assembly speaker office because all three were MLAS.
The other two calls must be served directly at their address, the court is directed.
Sting Narada’s operation was carried out by the founder of Narada News Mathew Samuel for more than two years in West Bengal.
Samuel formed a fictitious company and approached several TMC ministers, members of parliament and leaders for assistance.
Many of them are shown to receive money in TV recordings.
The CBI has captured Firhad Judge, Subrata Mukherjee, Madan Mitra and Sovan Chatterjee in the case of Narada Bribery in May this year.
