Jaipur: A judge and two others have been ordered for allegedly raping a 14-year-old boy in Bharatpur District Rajasthan, police said on Sunday.
The mother of a boy in his complaint accused that special judges, who handled cases related to the anti-corruption bureau (ACB), and the other two, had committed his son’s sexual harassment by intoxicating with several narcotics for the past month.
Judge Jitendra Singh Goliya and two who were accused of threatening him from the terrible consequences if he talked about his trials, he accused his complaint.

“On the basis of complaints, a FIR has been registered from Judge Jitendra Goliya and two others for rape and other accusations under the Pocso Law.” The case investigation was handed over to a senior officer, “Mathura Gate Sho Ram Nath said.
The victim’s family member also accused the ACB Circle Officer Parmeshwar Lal Yadav, along with Soni and Katara, threatening to kill the boy, police said.
Judges are friends with boys Bagh district club companies where he used to go playing tennis, they said.
