“This court feels happy and appreciates the state government because it has prepared a draft bill to be presented before the Assembly.
If such actions are passed, the police will be able to deal with criminals effectively,” Bench said.
Through several orders covering more than three years, the bench continues to say that special laws will enable state police to handle and control organized criminals / maids effectively.
On November 30, 2018, the court heard the Habeas Corpus petition related to the preventive detention of someone involved in a clash between the gang of the rowdy wondering why Tamil Nadu did not produce an exclusive law to overcome organized crime.

Furthermore, added that clashes between two rowdy gangs had produced many murders and also affected the peace of the country.
Only if these gangs and paid killers are controlled, there will be no legal and order problems.
Does not create gangster political patronage such as it enjoys, the bench rises to comment: “In Tamil Nadu also, Goonda has closeness to the police, political leaders and communal leaders.
