Letter: Police Katargam arrested a cellular shop owner 24 years after a senior citizen, he knocked down on his motorcycle that quickly died during treatment on Wednesday.
The 61-year-old victim, Dhiru has suffered a fracture in the hands and another body injury after the defendant Navin Shah crashed into his bicycle near Lalita Crossroad.

The snippet of the incident showed that there were no other vehicles on the road and Tapaniya walked on the roadside.
