Resurrection of Max aircraft services will be subject to regulatory approval.
Spicejet, the second largest airline in the country by market share and the only ones flying planes, said.
China is the largest market in a region that has not approved a refund of 737 Max, even though Boeing last month conducted a test flight in the country.
