The Bombay High Court on Friday said Arya Khan, son of Superstar Shah Rukh Khan, will be released with a personal bond of RS one lakh with one or two of the same quantity.

A copy of the five-page operating order was signed by Justice N W Sambue on Friday afternoon.

Arya Khan’s advocate will now take an official copy of the HC order to a special court who hears cases related to drugs and psychotropic substances (NDPS), along with the required documents and sereties.

After verification, a special court will issue a release paper which will be submitted to Arthur Road prison to secure Arya’s release.
In its order, the High Court has imposed 14 conditions about Aryan Khan and co-distilled Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha, which is also given a guarantee.

A justice and Sampre bench on Thursday was given a guarantee to Aryan Khan, 25 days after he was arrested during a drug attack on a cruise on Mumbai Beach.
The High Court said it would give a copy of the order on Friday.
