The day after Plea Guaranteed was rejected by the Mumbai Court on Friday, Aryan Khan, Bollywood Putra Star Shah Rukh Khan, has filed a guarantee in the Court of the Mumbai session.
According to the latest report, Khan, through his legal team, has submitted his request for guarantees and his hearing is scheduled to take place around next week.

Saturday night, it was reported that the driver Shah Rukh Khan was called by NCB to be questioned.
Agency wants to track the details of the existence of Aryan and even investigate whether the driver was sent to collect drugs.

Nerlikar rejected the Aryan Guarantee Application Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha, on the grounds of “maintenance”, upholding the complaint of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) legal team.
Shortly after the verdict, the defendant’s lawyer told the media that they planned to register with the session court for a guarantee on Monday.
NCB, on the other hand, has indicated that it will oppose their bail application again.

The development came a day after all the defendants were sent to prisoners, and shifted to Arthur Road prison for their 14 day prisoners.
The two women accused – Munmun Dhamecha and NuPur Sarika – outlined to a byculla women’s jail.
It was reported that the defendant would not get special care in prison.
