Chandrapur: Sena Shiv District Head Nitin Matte struggles a man during a gambling dispute at the hotel in Anandvan Chowk in Warora.
Five people, including Matte, were arrested and released with a guarantee.
Praveen Parkhi (30) complainants from Patala Village in Bhadravati Taluka Gambling at the hotel owned by Matte.
After Parkhi began to win at Lakh, Matte accused him of having an affair with the help of his cellphone.
Then, Matte and his employees struggled Black and Blue Parkhi.
Parkhi who was injured was treated at the District Hospital in Warora where he was referred to Chandrapur GMCH.
After a little recovery, Praveen filed a complaint at the Warora Police Station on Friday.
The case was registered against five people, including Matte, on Friday night.
The defendant Matte and the others were arrested and produced before the JMFC Court in Warora on Saturday.
The court assumed their guarantee, said the police source.
