MUMBAI: The Maharashtra government on Friday searched a week time to submit an affidavit prior to the Bombay high court in response to a request challenging the country’s decision to cancel the Class 10 examinations.
The courtroom had sought a response from the country on how it intends to appraise Class 10 pupils.
The courtroom had passed a more comprehensive arrangement on May 20.
The additional hearing is around June 1.
On Friday, the state launched the test methodology for those pupils.
Education ministry Varsha Gaikwad reiterates the examinations stand cancelled and outcomes will be announced by June-end.
The tests scheduled April 29 to May 20 were cancelled as a result of next tide of coronavirus pandemic.
The state when seeking two months advised the courtroom that preparation and finalisation of this affidavit draft is shooting some time as just 15 percent team is attending job.
In addition, the impact and results of the conclusion of not holding CBSE, ICSE, HSC etc assessments might need to be analyzed in its proper perspective prior to submitting affidavit from the present instance, the state advised the courtroom.
