The NDPS court has rejected Plea, Sushant Singh Rajput and Siddharth Pithani’s friend once again.
On Wednesday, the lawyer Pithani Taraq Sayyed confirmed his development.
Zonal Director of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), Sameer Wankhede revealed that the court rejected the application because they did not find benefits in the application.
While the previous bail application has also been rejected, he has given permission to get out of police detention for his wedding scheduled on June 25.
After this, Pithani has given up before the court on July 2, and has since been detained from NCB.
Pithani was traced by the NCB by its social media post and arrested from Hyderabad on May 28 for alleged relationship in the case of Narcotics Sush Singh Rajput.
He was the first person to find an actor hanging in his room on June 14 last year.
Pithani was the person who had lowered the SSR’s body even before the actor’s family member arrived at his residence.
Sushant Rhea’s friend, his brother Showik, and other staff members including Samuel Miranda and Deugesh Sawant were also arrested by NCB.
Other housemates of Keshav and Neeraj, who were recently questioned by NCB, has signaled Pithani’s role in drug cases.
The SSR died on June 14 last year and the next investigation by the police and other institutions had been going on for more than a year now.
There is still a lot of speculation around the death of a sudden actor, with the sushant family pursuing several cases in court.
