Ranchi: The National Scholar Working Committee for the National Schedule of Bharatiya Janata (ST) Morcha will meet in Ranchi on Saturday to deliberate and write political programs in the future.
Under the leadership of his national President Sameer Oraon, Morcha will discuss ways to make tribal communities in the country independent, stop migration and create awareness about the central development scheme aimed at the progress of the tribal community.
The two-day meeting will be inaugurated by the Minister of Tribal Affairs Union Arjun Munda.
“BJP National President J P Nadda, who will be the main guest, cancel Ranchi’s visit scheduled for several unavoidable situations,” said the party.
Oraon said the BJP St Morcha office carrier from all over the country will participate in the meeting.
“Overall, there will be eight sessions in two days to discuss various aspects,” he told reporters on Friday afternoon.
“This year’s CWC meeting will negotiate by way of plugging migration of men and women from the tribal community of their roots to cities.
We will discuss ways to overcome this problem by coming in a way to make it independent,” said Oraon.
Apart from that, the CWC will also focus on ways to create awareness among tribal communities about the development and welfare scheme being carried out by the United States so they can reap the benefits.
Oraon claims that St Morcha also aims to discuss ways to promote heroism from some of the revolutionary tribes that should be lost in historical pages.
