MUMBAI: Fr Stan Swamy, 84, altered from Taloja prison to Holy Family clinic Friday night, has recently tested positive for Covid-19.
An accused at the Elgar Parishad instance, Bombay high court had on Friday in a urgent hearing directed he could be changed into the private hospital for 15 weeks later hearing his counselor Mihir Desai and added attorney general Anil Singh to get National Investigation Agency (NIA) who had detained him last October.

He had been placed in a ICU and also on oxygen service following his entrance.
The prison officer informed TOI that after receiving a call from his attorney, roughly Fr Stan testing positive, he obtained two inmates for example Arun Ferreira that had been his attendants examined.

Fr Stan has been granted his vaccination for an in-house prison ministry camp May 18, ” the officer added.
