Nagpur: The Komite of the Committee of the Nagpur Municipal corporation on Tuesday approved the administrative proposal to provide extensions to the center of women’s counseling in 10 zones.
The contract from all counseling centers has ended on August 20, 2021.
NMC will spend RS33.60 lakh per year in these centers.
The Civic body spends RS3.36 lakh every year towards the remuneration of two counselors (RS9,000 per month), a lawyer (RS9,000 per month) and administrative fees (RS1,000 per month) per zone.
The panel stood was also driven by the Department of Public Works, Nehru Nagar to spend RS66.73 Lakh to the two road asphalt at number 28 (d).
Now, PWD will float the tender for the job.
The first tar will be insulted at the cost of RS40.52 Lakh at the Amba Nagar three star housing cooperatives and other roads worth RS26.21 lakh in the same ward 28-D, which is the constituency of BJP Corporator Sakore.
Other proposals include RS70 Lakh expenses to buy Printing Materials (RS20 Lakh) and Office Stationery (RS50 Lakh) for a year, purchase two excavators of crawler chains (RS45.21 Lakh each – which will be used for solid waste management in Bardewadi Dumping Yard ), and strengthening street lights in the Dharampeth zone by establishing a pole at the cost of RS27.84 lakh received approval from the standing committee.
