It is the responsibility of the government to create the right eco system along with opportunities.
Innovation should not be on the Lab level and must be perfected on the ground.

He suggested the IT and BT department coming out with concrete proposals and time-bound ideas.
IT, BT, Science and Technology and Higher Education Minister C N Ashwath Narayan said that the government would establish a Center for excellence (COE) for artificial intelligence and Instubballi data techniques about the initiative of the Industrial Institute.
The minister said that the COE setting was part of Karnataka’s digital economic mission.
He promised that a park would be developed in Hubballi to facilitate a startup pass to grow further.
The government has brought effective policies to promote innovative technology and duration of internships have been raised from 3 weeks to 30 weeks.
Students will also be given the opportunity to undergo an internship abroad.
